We are so very sorry and upset about this delay. Once again, as SOON as we have final information about blanket delivery, we will announce a pick up time and location.

Good morning,First off, I want to apologize for the delay especially considering the time line regarding delivery prior to Christmas. The shipment arrived as scheduled and unloaded on the 9th into Vancouver their was a malfunction with the train regarding the hydraulics. The rail representative suspects it was weather related, but could not confirm. That said the train has started to move from Vancouver as of 03:28 this morning. While we are very happy to see it finally move from the port, unfortunately it certainly will not be before Christmas. We will keep a close eye on the travels of the container and advise as soon as it arrives and is available.
